Education is the bedrock of any kind of development in just about any economy; whereas technical/technology education is the stable base for virtually any technological advancement. The problem determined in this newspaper include: lack of stability of educational policies, poor infrastructural advancement and services, poor and inadequate manpower and poor and not enough machines and equipment. Other folks are poor funding and administrative condition; poor circumstances of service; discrimination within the products with the system; poor curriculum creation and the good quality assurance and access requirements and behaviour. This paper attempted to discuss the Polytechnic Education sector in Nigeria vis-a-vis the education reconstructs with a view to suggesting techniques for solving the identified concerns, and offered solutions to the various identified problems. It called for granting the Polytechnics University or college charter or status, allowing them to run the various programme path ways вЂ“ ND/HND, B. Sc., higher levels and Brief Courses. This recommended abolishment of unique centers by various ordinary level exam bodies and commended JAMB for unifying its access examination in to the Nigerian tertiary institutions through the 2010/2011 academic session.
